— Contact Us —
We love hearing from people who use Roll Booth. Whether you've spotted a bug, dreamed up a feature, want to license the app for an event, or just have a photo you're proud of, send it our way. We read every message and try to respond within a few business days.
— Primary contact —
To help us respond faster, please include some context. Here are the kinds of things people usually email us about, and what to mention in each case:
If something isn't working, please include your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.), your device (desktop, iPhone, Android), and a brief description of what happened. If the camera failed to start, include any error message you saw. Screenshots are extremely helpful.
We have a long internal list of ideas, but we love hearing what users want. Tell us what you'd want to do that you can't do today, and how you'd want it to work. We can't promise we'll build everything, but every suggestion is read and logged.
If you're a journalist, blogger, or content creator interested in covering Roll Booth, just send us a note about your outlet and what you're working on. For events and corporate licensing, please describe the event, attendee count, and approximate date so we can recommend the right setup.
If you have questions about how your data is handled, or want to make a specific privacy request, please use the subject line "Privacy" so we can route it correctly. Note that Roll Booth doesn't store user photos — they live only on your device — but if you've sent us a photo by email, we're happy to delete that on request.
Honestly, this is our favorite kind of email. Send us a photo you made, tell us a story, or describe how you used Roll Booth at your event. We love seeing what people create with the app.
Roll Booth is built by a small team and we don't have a 24/7 inbox. Most emails get a reply within 2–5 business days. If your message is urgent (event tomorrow, can't get the app to work for a major occasion), please flag it in the subject line and we'll do our best to prioritize.
