• Download edited photos to your device

• Use the service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the service
• Not use the service to create offensive or illegal content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not use automated tools to access the service excessively

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to photos you create or upload. We don't claim any ownership of your content. Remember:

• Your photos are processed locally in your browser
• We don't store or have access to your photos
• You're responsible for the content you create
• Don't upload photos you don't have rights to use

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Roll Booth available 24/7, but:

• We don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance or updates
• We may modify or discontinue features
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties

6. Limitation of Liability

Roll Booth is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We're not liable for any damages from using the service
• We're not responsible for lost photos or data
• We're not liable for any technical issues or browser compatibility
• Use the service at your own risk

7. Analytics and Advertising

To keep Roll Booth free and continuously improve our service, we use analytics and advertising:

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data including page views, engagement, and device information. Your photos are never tracked or collected.

Advertising

Advertising on Roll Booth is handled exclusively by Mediavine. By using Roll Booth you acknowledge that ads will be displayed, and that Mediavine and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure them. 8. Browser Requirements

Roll Booth requires:

• A modern web browser with JavaScript enabled
• Camera access permission (for camera features)
• Local storage capability

9. Intellectual Property

The Roll Booth service, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer the code.

9.1 Content Attribution

Stickers and Graphics

• AI-Generated Stickers: All decorative stickers are original AI-generated creations and are not sourced from any copyrighted third-party materials.
• OpenMoji Emojis: Emoji stickers are sourced from OpenMoji, licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.

10. Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics — For usage analytics
• Mediavine — For displaying advertisements (privacy policy)
• Microsoft Clarity — For anonymous usage and session analytics
• Google Fonts — For typography
• OpenMoji — For open-source emoji stickers (CC BY-SA 4.0)

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service, remove or disable any content, or take legal action if terms are violated.
